1. I will listen to music to calm myself down 2. I will cry if I need to 3. I will take rest days to sleep 4. I will get enough sleep every night 5. I will start eating breakfast 6. I will manage my screen time wisely 7. I will take walks around my neighborhood 8. I will calmly remove myself from a situation if it is too stressful 9. I will seek help if needed 10. I will remove toxic friends 11. I will remove myself from toxic environments 12. I will play calming video games 13. I will go out with friends more since that will make me happy 14. I will watch happy movies 15. I will talk to my favorite people
