1. I will eat less junk food 2. I will eat the correct amount of nutrients I need 3. I will not go over the recommended daily amount of sugar intake 4. I will eat more fruits 5. I will eat more organic things 6. I will go out on runs more often 7. I will join a sport to keep myself active 8. I will stretch my muscles often 9. I will partake in doing yoga 10. I will go to the park and be active there 11. I will stay away from unhealthy substances 12. I will start drinking more water 13. I will cut my favorite drink coke from my diet 14. I will stay away from fast food joints 15. I will go vegan for a week to try it out
